One of the significant advantages of LiveTime Service Management is the ability to upgrade to the latest release with a single click. This is very rare in the Enterprise software segment, which traditionally focuses on upgrade fees and heavy consulting services. There is simply no incentive for the larger software vendors to make software work out of the box or automatically upgrade, due to the loss of services revenue and upgrade fees. We prefer to assist customers in actually implementing ITIL processes together with any process re-engineering, where you can truly benefit from the software and the features it provides. In addition, customization with LiveTime happens at the UI level or through web services, so any work you perform customizing does not have to be reapplied across each new release.

Investment protection

LiveTime’s maintenance and support agreement also reflects our commitment to service. As long as you are under a current contract with LiveTime, you will get access to every release, not just patches, but major feature releases. This differs from the industry practice of only providing patches to the current release. After all, we want our customers using our best software so that you continue to enjoy the benefits of ITIL best practices as the standards change and evolve.
